1. Breathe deeply. Actually bring your breathe into your gut. Your abdomen should expand with your breath. Just by doing this simple thing, you are improving your immune system, creating a more relaxed state within the body, and giving your cells more of the precious oxygen they need to thrive.
2. Take a high qaulity multi vitamin. My research has led me to believe that the vitamins I am using are the highest quality vitamins and supplements that are available. Give yourself the vitamins and minerals your body requires to perform at it's best possible level. I do not believe you can get these precious nutrients just from food alone.
3. Take a walk. Even if it's just one block or less. Work your way up but get moving. You will get your lymph fluid moving, thus cleaning out your system while impoving immune, heart function, lung function and just make yourself feel proud.
4. Have a conversation with your pet. They may tell you something you did not already know.
5. Eat an entirely organic meal.
6. Soak your feet in Epsom salt. This will help to pull toxins from the body. Many toxins rest in the feet and ankles.
7. Turn the TV off and listen to music.
8. Have a cup of green tea.
9. Mend broken relationships or completely release them from your heart. Negative emotions actually create toxins within the body. Forgive and forget.
10. Make an appointment for a yoga class, guided meditation, nutrition consultation, massage or other health building service.
11. Buy a book about building health, whether it is regarding nutrition, mental health, physical activity or other health building subject. Make a committment to educate yourself.
12. Hire a house cleaner. Even if it is just once, let someone else clean up the mess.
13. Make an investment in your health; purchase a high quality juicer, vacuum, water filtration system, or even just order your vitamins, invest in any of the tools you need to help you build your health.
14. Start a journal.
15. Pick up an old hobby or start a new one. Be at peace and give yourself time to do something you enjoy.
16. Laugh. Rent a funny movie, read a joke book, call your funniest friend, just laugh. It builds immune, provides relaxation, and stregthens your facial muscles. It's just good for you.
17. Give someone a whole body hug. Not one of those away from the person kind of hugs but a true embrace, it builds the immune system and might even make someone else's day.
18. Get some fresh air. Go outside of your house, hospital room, office or wherever you are.
19. Smell the roses, take in the sunset, notice the beauty of the trees. Connect with the natural beauty of the world that God intended us all to have and appreciate.
20. Shift your thinking. DO NOT think about any of the things you don't want but rather the things you do. Do not think I don't want to be sick - you will only attract sickness. Think I want to be well - you will start to attract wellness. 21. You are human, you experience very real and human emotions, allow them to flow. Release them, do not squash them, they will only brew and resurface later - possibly in the form of illness.
22. Replace unhealthy foods with healthier options. Know while you are eating healthy options that you are providing your body with good nutrients that are helping to build your health.
23. Be true to yourself, do not let anyone else tell you how you should conduct your life. You only have one shot here, make it completely yours.
24. Plant something and help it grow.
25. Register for a class.
26. Drink more clean water.
27. Take a nap if you feel like it, you don't need permission to rest. Don't take a nap if you don't feel like it, you do not need permission to use the energy you may have.
28. Let go. You cannot control anything but this very moment. The past is over, nothing can be done, the future is unknown, nothing can be done. Live for this moment only.
29. Share what you have learned with someone.
30. Take a long hot bath - add some epsom salt.
31. Act as if...Act as if you are strong and healthy. Act as if you can go for a long walk, act as if you have the relationships you desire, act as if you are bullet proof, act as if you are the person you want to be. 32. Remind yourself about the things you love about yourself. Forget completely about the things you don't like about you. Be your own best friend.
33. Sing like you are a rock star. You'll breathe deeper, let loose of some negative emotions, and have fun. All good health builders.
34. Believe you will be well again. Know it. Have no doubt.
35. Pray or meditate. Do not ask for anything, just connect to your spiritual being.
36. Count your blessings. Even if they are few, count the ones you can, be grateful for all of the blessings you have. You'll find that you will attract more of the things you are grateful for if you only take a moment to count your blessings. Have an attitude of gratitude.
37. Speak your mind. Do not allow others to make you feel that your thoughts, feelings, or beliefs are wrong. They are yours, they are always correct.
38. Buy yourself some flowers or another small thing that improves your environment.
39. Eat an organic apple.
40. Get a coloring book and crayons and let your creativity flow. If you are beyond this, do whatever you do that is creative. Put your artwork on the fridge and appreciate it.
41. Throw away your traditional cleaning products and replace them with natural ones.
42. Go to the health food store. Just look.
43. Planning on doing something nice for someone else? Do it for yourself first.
44. Release any and all guilt. One way to do this is with breathing exercises; breathe in pulling in pleasant thoughts and ideas and breathe out, releasing guilt, sadness, and other negative emotions. Visualize breathing in positive and breathing out negative.

46. Eat some organic dark chocolate. Yes, in moderation it can be good for you. Get dark chocolate though, it has beneficial antioxidants.
47. Get 20-30 minutes of sun. Sunshine is not the evil thing that many people have been led to believe it is. In moderation, it provides vitamins the body needs and it just feels good.
48. Talk to a stranger, they may become a friend.
49. Get in touch with your sensual side. Have great sex. If you can't have sex, have heavy petting, kissing, and all of the other stuff.
50. Spend time with chldren or find another way to connect with your inner child.
