Counts have been amazing. I finally have a chance to update this.

Counts are still good. White cells and platelets have improved. Red Cells went down a little but I'll get them back up. Almost 12 weeks with no drugs.

My counts improved. I still did not use Aranesp (9 weeks). I had a great conversation with the doctor; he feels my bone marrow is absolutely improving and things are great!

My WBC and HGB dropped a little bit this time. In the 2 weeks between 8/14 & 8/28 I did not take my vitamins as regularly as I should and I fell off the raw foods a little. I'm back on the program consistently now so we'll see if the numbers go up again. At any rate these numbers are still good as far as I'm concerned. I still did not use Aranesp.

If you click on the link below, you will see my counts, my Procrit injections, my Aranesp injections, and my blood transfusions. You'll be able to see that for me Aranesp has been more helpful than Procrit ever was. You will also see that my numbers have recently been improving and as of this writing I have not had a blood transfusion in over 3 months and I have not used Aranesp in 4 weeks and counting. This is a major improvement. Please look for my current program under categories if you are interesting in what I'm doing nutritionally and in other areas of my life. I believe it is why I am doing so well. I will continue to update my counts as I go in for testing.
My current counts are overall the best I have had since my diagnoses.
